We don’t show a green light we can’t stand behind. Today the truth about any payment is in its status, its webhook and your dashboard — and the truth about the API is one request away. A live status feed is planned.

The four words that tell you

Every payment you send or receive is in exactly one of these. They mean the same in the API, the dashboard and the app.

  1. pending

    We have it

    Your request is accepted and the amount is held. Nothing has left yet.

  2. processing

    It is moving

    The payment is on its way through a partner. Should that road close, it takes another.

  3. successful

    It arrived

    The partner confirmed. Your books and your webhook say the same thing.

  4. failed

    It did not

    The money is back in your wallet and nothing was charged. The webhook says why.
