Who can open an account
Accounts open in Nigeria. From there you can send to every currency above.
If you live in Nigeria you can open a personal account and hold, send and convert in naira, cedi and shilling. Receive is coming soon. How personal accounts work →
In the catalog but not yet live: TZS (Tanzania), UGX (Uganda), ZMW (Zambia), XOF and XAF (CFA zones), GBP and EUR. We publish a corridor the day it opens, not before.
What has to be true before we switch a country on
Four things have to be true. If one is not, the cell above says so.
- A partnerA regulated partner carries the money in that country. We do not switch a currency on until one is signed and tested.
- A railThe route has carried real test payments end to end, and the engine knows every road that can carry it.
- A fee ruleThe fee for that currency is set and shows in every quote before anything moves. No fee rule, no payout.
- A name checkWe can confirm the recipient’s name with the bank or operator before you commit.
