Senior Backend Engineer
We are looking for a senior backend engineer to join our core payments team. You will design and build the distributed systems that power payouts and collections across 12 African markets. Experience with Node.js/TypeScript, Temporal workflows, and financial systems is a strong plus.
Product Designer
Join our product team to shape the experience for thousands of African merchants. You will own the end-to-end design process from research to production, working closely with our PM and engineering teams. Experience designing fintech or B2B SaaS products preferred.
Sales Engineer
As Sales Engineer in West Africa, you will be the technical bridge between our sales team and enterprise prospects. You will run technical demos, respond to RFPs, design integration architectures, and support the post-sale implementation process for Growth and Enterprise merchants.
DevOps / Platform Engineer
Help us build and operate the infrastructure that runs Africa's payment rails. You will manage our Kubernetes clusters on AWS, improve our CI/CD pipelines, define SLOs, and build observability tooling for our distributed payment workflows. Experience with Terraform, EKS, and Datadog preferred.
Customer Success Manager
We are growing our East Africa team and need a Customer Success Manager in Nairobi to own the relationships with our Kenyan, Tanzanian, and Ugandan merchants. You will onboard new clients, drive adoption, resolve escalations, and be the voice of the East Africa market internally.
Compliance Analyst
Support our Chief Compliance Officer in maintaining our AML/CFT programme, conducting merchant KYB reviews, monitoring transaction activity for suspicious patterns, and preparing regulatory reports for the CBN. Experience with Nigerian or Ghanaian financial regulation required.
